Order Help

The Rotary Club of Kankakee utilizes a print-on-demand service for our fundraising shop. This enables us to raise funds for our various projects throughout the year without worry of fulfillment times or over-ordering stock. If there is an issue with your order, please review the following carefully. 

 If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, we can submit a claim within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund. We will need photos of the item to submit to the company.

If you ordered the wrong size or duplicates, we are unable to issue a refund, replacement or exchange. 

If your order never arrived, we can help determine what’s going on. 

All of this is handled through email and will require your order number, full name, address, and shipping tracking number if applicable. Please understand that as a not-for-profit organization with a volunteer-based membership, we do not offer customer service by phone. We do not offer support through our Facebook page.
